ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

OCTOBER 27, 2005

7:00 P.M. Called meeting to order.  Present:  Paula Keefe, Ellen Abelson, Richard

                  Gorden and Mark Mazur

1.  The Board read an article from the Sharon Advocate on fiscal 2006 assessments and

taxes.

2.  The Board took the following actions on fiscal year 2007 applications for

classification under M.G.L. Chapter 61B:

       .   Walpole Country Club                           granted for one parcel

       .    Spring Valley Country Club                  granted for two parcels

       .    Massapoag Sportsmen’s Club Inc. granted for two parcels

       .    Sharon Country Club, Inc.                    granted for five parcels

       .    Sharon Fish & Game Club, Inc.            granted for seven parcels

       .    Franksim Properties, Inc.                      granted for two parcels

3.  The Board signed notices of action for the following fiscal year 2006 applications

for classification under M.G.L. Chapter 61B:

        .   Walpole Country Club

        .   Spring Valley Country Club

        .   Massapoag Sportsmen’s Club, Inc.

        .   Sharon Country Club, Inc.

        .   Sharon Fish & Game Club, Inc.
